Dr. Millard was quick to explain that the number of men receiving cosmetic procedures at his practice, both invasive and non-invasive, is on the rise. Recent studies have shown that a significantly smaller percentage of men are known to act on their desire for plastic surgery as compared with women. Dr. Millard and plastic surgeons across the board believe that trend is changing.
